Due to high demand for use of the SCHHCC Computer Room and a review of the Community Rules, the following procedures will be effective March 5, 2005:

Anyone using the computer room must have a CAM Activity Card and be a Sun City Hilton Head Computer Club member or be a qualified guest as defined below.

A guest is defined as:

o A guest of a computer club member who is visiting (not in residence locally).

o A prospective resident who is staying at the Hampton Inn and has been issued a Vacation Getaway Identification Card.

There will be two new sign-in sheets.

o One sheet for members.

o A second sheet for guests that will require either the sponsoring member's name and guest's name (sponsoring member needs to introduce the guest to the monitor on duty), or presentation of the Vacation Getaway Identification Card issued to those guests staying at the Hampton Inn.

o The guest sheet will have a time-tracking column.

Guest usage will be monitored as follows:

o Guests will only be able to use the facility 3 times per calendar year.

o Guests will be limited to a 20-minute session on any computer if there are other users waiting.

o If necessary, the monitor will advise guests that their time will be up in xx minutes (difference between the time they signed in and 20 minutes).

In order to use the computer room, renters must purchase a CAM Activity Card and become a member of the Computer Club.
